Delivery Information
1. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, for in-stock items.
- Processing time: 1–2 hours
- Cut-off: 3:00 PM
- Orders after cut-off: Next-day delivery
- Orders on Sunday: Delivered next day
2. Do you deliver on holidays?
Yes, during working holidays.
3. Can I pick up my order?
Yes. You may:
- Book your own courier, or
- Pick up at our office

4. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
- No exchange once the order is placed and paid
- Returns allowed for valid reasons:
- Expired product
- Damaged packaging
- Wrong item
5. What delivery services do you use?
We use third-party couriers such as Lalamove, Grab, and similar services
6. How much is the delivery fee?
Flat rate (NCR) – ₱149
7. What are the payment methods?

All orders are considered final once placed and paid. - No Exchange Policy
We do not allow exchange of items once the order has been confirmed and paid. - Product Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. In case of stock issues, we will inform you and offer alternatives or a refund. - Pricing

Return and Refund Policy
We only accept returns for valid reasons:

- Damaged packaging
- Wrong item received
Return Guidelines
- Report the issue within 24 hours upon receiving the order.
- Provide clear photos/videos as proof.
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as agreed.
